Would these pair well with 2 12” subs null

Yes, I believe they will. I've paired mine with a pair of 10" amped subs, they keep up even without any extra on the stereo system. Only the subs are amped and draw power from the battery on a dedicated line, I've had no issues.. more importantly no complaints.
