can I use 2 of these together on 1 stereo? null

I have two of them put in my truck and they work fine

I'm running 2 Kicker Hideaways as well. They sound very good. I used Y splitters to make the signal connections.

I have two and the sound great, get two it's always better.

Yes it would be possible to use two, but at this price point it would be cheaper to just buy a nice 10” sub and amp. If looking to run 2 of these, you would just tap one sub into the front speakers and the other one from the rear speakers but it would be possible.
