“I purchased this for my pioneer AVH-3500NEX tuner and am having problems getting it to work. I also purchased a tcloc2 in-line converter si I can use the sub portion on the tuner. But yet the sub is still not working. The blue light is on.”

The amp is blown.i had two of them and kicker would not fix or replace.kicker does not stand behind their products.
