Can this sun be used in the tour pack on a motorcycle null

I see no reason why it couldn't be. I was thinking about adding one to the trunk of my Goldwing. The wiring is super simple. Power, Ground, and signal inputs. Remote turn on is optional if you are using high level speaker inputs, otherwise I believe it is required for low level RCA inputs. It could be very easy to splice off the rear speaker wires of the bike so that you wouldn't have to run RCAs.
