“Just bought the frozen ones less than two months ago and now it won’t charge I just get a red light flashing. Any ideas on what is wrong with them”

There could be several causes including internal connection and battery issues. Longshot but, used compressed air to clean out the inside of the connector on the headphones. Sometimes dust or lint can prevent a good connection. Also, if possible try out another charger/cord combination. Failing that, see if you can return the item for exchange.
