That is a great question MarieM. First, we would recommend a hard reset to the power. Unplug your unit for about 3 minutes and then plug it back in. If that does not work, please reach out to our customer service team at 800-253-1301. We are open Monday through Friday from 8 am to 8 pm EST, and on Saturday from 8 am to 4:30 pm.
