Hello Odor! We are terribly sorry to hear of your concern. Are you cleaning your dishwasher every 30 washes/30 days with affresh cleaning tablets or per the Use and Care Guide?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We had the same problem with our old dish washer. It was getting old and noisy so we decided to buy a new one now instead of at the end of the year. When the handy man came to install it he told us that the reason for the bad smell was the routing of the drain hose. It has to make a "U" like a sink siphon. In such a way that there is always water in the "U" bottom to close it for the odor. Hope this helps.
