I had this installed last week by the geek squad. The top rack rolls back into the dishwasher when I pull it out to load and unload, is this normal? It’s hard to unload when I have to use one hand to keep the rack pulled out! null

No, this is not normal. My non-technical best-guess answer is that your washing machine is not leveled properly. Call out the Geek Squad to level it. Good luck.
