“Is this kind of drying normal?? Interior walls of the dishwasher are still this wet, including any plastic containers/bottles. This is after a Pro wash, extended ProDry, bottle wash and Sani rinse.”

We're sorry to hear this. Are you using rinse aid and the heated dry option due to it assist with the drying performance? Some plastic items are not Dishwasher proof and may not dry in the Dishwasher. We recommend contacting KitchenAid by calling 800-253-1301 weekdays between 8 am and 8 pm EST.
