I had mine installed last week on Wednesday and I believe had the same issue. The door would not close far enough to engage the door switch to start (the lights on the unit would flash). I am a technical person in another field so I decided to tackle the problem myself instead of calling Best Buy back out to look at it. I tried to adjust the feet heights with no good results (the door still wouldn’t close properly and stay where it would run I could however hold it closed and make it work). I then removed the screws holding it up to the counter and pulled the top of the dishwasher out of the opening by about 3 inches leaving the bottom where it was After pulling the top out the door would close normally and stay there (the dishwasher would work normally). I then reinstalled the screws and it continued to work normally. I believe that during initial install the dishwasher was put into a bind against the countertop causing it not to close.
