“My 2 year old son open the door couple of times when dishwasher was in use. I believe most of the time light was blue when door got open. Just want to know can we lock the door when it is in use or it is normal to open the door in blue light.”

Not sure if you have the same model. Blue=wash Red=dry white=finished. However I know of no locking mechanism or child safety locks for that model
