“I have a 7 speed hand mixer. I cannot insert the beaters into the mixer body to stay. They do not snap in. Is there some procedure I am missing?”

My model has two different beater pole tips. If you look closely you may see the picture outlined on the mixer indicating which one goes in which hole.
