Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This is an old question but I hope you took it back to Best Buy. But it could be possible that dial on it, the knob? If you have that set low and it’s warm enough in your area, then it won’t go on. You might think it’s broken, but it’s not. It doesn’t go on because it’s up to your room temp. It does cycle on and off. It’s really smart and there’s a lot of good stuff in this tiny little unit. And I’m really surprised with it.
