Yes. I believe you have to set it up on a certainnetwork. Insearched the web with rhe assistance of AII and got the best result as far as which network uses it with the lest amount of fees i believe. I forget which network i used though. It will walk you through how to set it up.

Due to the unique nature of Hedera Hashgraph HBAR does require a third party wallet to create your first account before it can be added into our companion app, Ledger Live. Further, staking with HBAR is not currently available inside Ledger Live and requires the use of a third party wallet.
