A:AnswerYes, photos have shown that while it comes with a smaller size, it can support a fullsize NVMe out of the box. You will just need to clone it or reinstall to the desired drive.
A:AnswerHey Matthew,
Between the two Legion Go S configurations, it would depend on what platform you think would be most beneficial for you. Some users feel Windows gives them more flexibility and options when wishing to play titles that are newer and not available for Steam, while others enjoy the simplicity and lightweight OS that SteamOS offers.
We hope this can give you some clarity, and please reach out to us with any other questions!
A:AnswerNone of these are going on sale anytime soon with the current political state.
The original is on sale to make room for this one and will likely shoot back up once this releases but still be cheaper. That said I'd go with this over the original.
I have two originals and they had 3 different RAM manufacturers. 1 was really bad compared to my other. That alongside the limited RAM, no VRR and driver and game issues due to the landscape panel.
A:AnswerGood luck. We waited for ages for proper GPU drivers on the original. Things have picked up but still not regular release. Granted it had that goofy screen that was causing issues and the Go S has a proper horizontal panel, drivers should be at least as regular as the Ally X gets them. At least until Lenovo inevitably abandons us at the end of the year or next year when the Legion Go 2 comes out but that's still in the concept stages.
