When operating in Excel, some spreadsheets can be very large with complex data formulas tied to graphs and various data points that can be very taxing for the computer. To list and quantify these types of tasks would be exhaustive, but to put it simply, if you are a more advance Excel user or use more than one datasheet at a time, we recommend a device with more memory and processing power to improve your user experience.

    • Answer The other answer of "Yes" is only partially correct. Since Netflix changed its subscription plans, there has been a recurring problem with the Netflix app when used with the basic, commercial-supported plan. To quote from their website: "A small percentage of devices that can play on ad-free Netflix plans can’t be used with an ad-supported Netflix plan." Those who have other plans should not have this problem, but for those who do, using a browser like Edge or Firefox will allow access.

    • Answer If you switch out of S mode you can download anything. Just go to the Microsoft store and type s mode in the search bar. You’ll find the app that is required to switch out of s mode.
