Can I add more RAM and if so , how much null

HELLO TOM, YOU CAN ADD MORE RAM WITH THERE BEING TWO RAM PORTS BUT IT WILL VOID THE WARRANTY. YOU WILL NEED TO REMOVE THE SCREEN AND BACK PLATE TO ACCESS THE INTERAL MOTHERBOARD UNIT TO ACCESS THE RAM PORTS. IN ADDITION TO THAT I RECOMMEND LOOKING FOR A COMPUTER THAT HAS THE RAM YOU SEEK OR A COMPUTER THAT HAS AN EASIER ACCESS LIKE A TOWER UNIT.

This model is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty. We recommend you consult with your certified technician about your memory upgrade options.
