Check to be sure that the USB wireless receiver is installed within a USB port on the computer. Then check that the on/off switch on the keyboard is in the on position. Depending on the model number of the wireless rechargeable keyboard you have, there is an on/off switch either on the front right edge of the keyboard or on the bottom of the keyboard. Be sure this switch is in the on position. If there is no/off switch on your model number wireless rechargeable keyboard, we recommend you contact lenovo Tech Support for additional help at: 877-453-6686.
