You just have to keep checking. When I decided this was the product I wanted, Best Buy had the product listed as sold out to. I was checking Best Buy's website and Lenovo's among other retailers and etailers once a day or once every other day. Even Lenovo's website still had coming soon. But I know the product was already released, not because big websites like Cnet reviewed the product or there were other reviews on Youtube, I just went by the release date and reviews here that people had the product. So I checked daily and eventually got a notification that You could buy the product on Best Buy's website only for local store pickup only. Meaning not available in stores and no ship to home. This was earlier this week. It was supposed to be at my local BBY next week, but my order says I can pick it up tomorrow. Since then, the Best Buy website is back to a "Sold Out" listing. So I have no idea how many Best Buy got, but however many it was, they sold out of them. So to answer your question, who knows. Check once a day or once every other day and see if the listing changes from "Sold Out" as that is how I got mine. As far as Lenovo's website saying coming soon, I assume Lenovo sends stock to places that sell their stuff like Best Buy 1st and then once they are fully stocked, then they I guess you will see this product for sale on their website.
