“I was scrolling through reviews and there are 70 of 1 star reviews and they were all talking about how the item crashes, freezes up and has a lot of unavailable/ not working apps. I would want to hear an honest explanation whether that happens or not.”

This Lenovo Chromebook Duet, model number ZA6F0016US, ships with the Chrome Operating System installed and is compatible with Google Play Store APPs. Not all Google Play Store APPs are optimized for the Chrome Operating System. We always recommend you check the requirements and compatibility of any software/games you will be installing on your new Chromebook, before you invest in any Chromebook. Be sure your new Chromebook can support the software/games you will need to use and will also support your workload.
