Your computer probably can not handle the 10809 so you have to get a converter.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It sounds like there is no signal getting to the monitor for some reason. Be sure you are plugging in the monitor properly to the PC. Then right click on your Windows 10 desktop. Select "Display Settings" the select your external monitor as your display.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.What type of cord are you using? Try using an HDMI cord if you're not already doing so. I would also try turning on and off the buttons that are located on the underside of the monitor. One of those may be in an incorrect position.
