• I did not get one with mine, but mine was from the outlet. I have downloaded Microsoft 365 on it through Google Play and have accessed all of the previous Office files.

• Hey, JJ. The pen in not included. It works with the Lenovo Tab Pen Plus (https://www.bestbuy.com/site/lenovo-tab-pen-plus-gray/6576701.p?skuId=6576701). Also, you can use Word and Excel via the Microsoft 365 app offered in the Google Play Store.
