Hey, bhei. A. Yes, it is. B. For this model, you may be able to receive some levels of support in country B, but it would depend on what is needed for support and what the country is. The Yoga 7 isn't covered by Internation Warranty Services, but you can look up local contact information for Lenovo Support in the country in question.
