• Not to disagree with Lenovo's reply, but.... You can also do it yourself, which might be a consideration if you have confidential information on your computer. Data transfer is easy, and there are a few ways to do it, but there is also software/hardware, like Laplink and PCmover, that can also transfer settings, profiles, and even software from one computer to another.
