You can download anything you want, up to the size of the drive. That being said, while Minecraft is considered a “starter” game, you should always go to the manufacturer's website and search for the game. There, you will find a full list of system requirements, both minimum (game can be played under the correct circumstances) and recommended (game can be played with full flexibility and enjoyment).

Based off the system requirements that are listed on this Minecraft webpage (at the bottom (https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/store/minecraft-java-bedrock-edition-pc#accordionv1-0afde1e050-item-2c8cc44a54)), this Yoga can run the software. It doesn't have a dedicated graphics processor so you may have to be conservative with higher graphics settings, but it should work fine.
