You should just need the Apple/iTunes app or connect via the website

By using Intel Unison software on your Yoga, which should be preinstalled, it can sync with your phone, but not your watch since your watch. You would be able to do things like view and respond to messages, complete phone calls, transfer files, view photos, and more. Hope this helps!
