Open box excellent should include the pen as it states that it includes all accessories - if it doesn't include the pen, you should return it or see if you can get a refund as it should be a lower quality/rating. I'm sure with lower open box qualities, you may still get a pen but it's not guaranteed. It uses the Lenovo Yoga Pen, but as far as I know you can't buy it in the matching Cosmic Blue color - it will only be in a dark grey color. Lenovo 4X81Q95846 or GX81S07448

Currently at Best Buy, you can purchase the Lenovo Digital Pen 2, which is compatible with the Yoga 9i 2-in-1 Aura Edition (and can be viewed here: https://www.bestbuy.com/product/lenovo-digital-pen-2-gray/JJGCYLHP39).
