• Hi, yes, it is important to use the Lexie App to set up the Lexie B2 Plus hearing aids Powered by Bose. You, however, don't need to stay connected to the app all the time. The Lexie App is compatible with any smartphone or tablet capable of running IOS 13.0 and above, and Android 8.0 and above.
