Once a customer purchases hearing aids and they are delivered to their home, they are able to take a hearing check through the Lexie App. The hearing aids are then programmed specifically to their unique hearing loss according to the results of the hearing check. If the customer needs their hearing aids to be fine-tuned, we have a team of hearing experts who are able to do so remotely. We want our customers to feel supported every step of the way, which is why our hearing experts are available to answer customer video or voice calls and help them each step of the way as they set up their hearing aids. - The Lexie Hearing team
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You download their Lexie app and do a full hearing test in the app. It then programs the hearing aid for you. I also phoned in to their call center and they helped me tweak a few settings.
