A:AnswerThe Upper cabinet that the LG 1.7 cu. ft. Over-the-Range Microwave Oven with EasyClean®, Model # LMV1762ST has to be installed under must have a minimum height of 30" between the bottom of the upper cabinet and the Countertop/Cooktop surface of the range oven beneath it. Since the microwave oven has a height of 16 7/16", the minimum height between it and your Countertop/Cooktop surface will be 13 9/16" (13.5625"). That measurement of 16.5" from the bottom of your Upper Kitchen cabinet to your tile backsplash will be 0.675" clear from the bottom of the microwave oven. Measure a height of 16 7/18" from the bottom of your upper cabinet to see where the bottom of the microwave oven will be in relation to your backsplash...^IFV

A:AnswerWhat I do is go online with appliance model, serial number and manufactures name and ask where I can get whatever part and specs. I need. works for me but I ain't no rocket scientist. just try to keep it simple. Good luck.
A:AnswerWhich bulb are you inquiring about? The LG 1.7 cu. ft. Over-the-Range Microwave Oven with EasyClean®, Model # LMV1762ST uses a 30W Incandescent bulb for the CounterTop/Night Light and the same bulb for the microwave's cavity. You can look for an equivalent LED bulb from Home Improvement stores that carry them. They probably will not have any equivalent for a 30W appliance bulb but will have for 40W and above. LED bulbs are much brighter but use have a lower wattage...^IFV
A:AnswerDid you check your paperwork or call LG? Typically, even if covered by warranty, labor to remove and re-install is NOT covered. The part may be covered, but not even the labor to install the part after the unit is taken to service center. I have been told that if warranty covers, manufacturers often exchange rather than repair. Check your paperwork, call LG. Do not delay.
A:AnswerThe microwave has a vent on the front that goes into the room. It also comes with attachments to bent backwards into the wall. I don’t know About the filter.
A:AnswerNO! They Energy Saver button turns off the clock or other LED display to save a miniscule amount of power. Apparently LG felt that any backlight would use too much power.
I find it highly frustrating.
