Over-the-Range Microwave Oven with EasyClean®, Model # LMV1762ST uses a 30W Incandescent bulb for the CounterTop/Night Light and the same bulb for the microwave's cavity. You can look for an equivalent LED bulb from Home Improvement stores that carry them. They probably will not have any equivalent for a 30W appliance bulb but will have for 40W and above. LED bulbs are much brighter but use have a lower wattage...^IFV
A:AnswerDid you check your paperwork or call LG? Typically, even if covered by warranty, labor to remove and re-install is NOT covered. The part may be covered, but not even the labor to install the part after the unit is taken to service center. I have been told that if warranty covers, manufacturers often exchange rather than repair. Check your paperwork, call LG. Do not delay.
