“I cant connect subwoofer. Followed directions and then pairing directions and nothing works. There is no light that comes on and no sound comes out. Please help”

Yes I had the same problems , you have to go to your TV setup and click on sound to be able to pair the 2 systems , very easy to do sometimes you have to play with theses things
