“will this speaker system work without the subwoofer I dont want lots of bass”

• Yes it will but it has a level control & you can customize it to how low or high you’d like it to me. You’ll love the clear & crisp sound.

• Yes, just unplug subwoofer. This soundbar has an adjustable equalizer so you could also just try turning the bass down.
