“My sound bar keeps disconnecting from the subwoofer. Any idea why? And can this be fixed. It’s only about 10 feet from the sound bar itself.”

• Mine was disconnecting too when i had it that far away from the soundbar. I moved it closer to the soundbar and it hasn't happened again.

• Bluetooth signals are prone to interference from devices near them like a microwave oven, wireless router, wireless telephone or electrical wires within the wall or a physical obstruction between the Soundbar and Subwoofer. If there is a wall between the soundbar and the subwoofer, it may cause interference or not work at all, depending on the material in the wall. You can try unplugging the Subwoofer then plug it back in and let it reconnect it to the Soundbar to see if that resolves the issue...^IFV
