A:AnswerPlacement is always a big factor with any speakers. The best place would be where it is at ear level, judging by your photo you might have to angle it down a little. I suggest mounting it above and listen to it at different angles to find the sweet spot. I set mine below my TV but wound up angling it slightly for a better sound stage.
