“The soundbar and subwoofer work great while hooked up to my 55" Samsung tv. The subwoofer does not work when I connect to my Samsung S8 phone. Receive music just fine through the soundbar, but nothing through the subwoofer. What do you recommend?”

• Sound like some type of Bluetooth conflict with the phone and sub both connecting to the save receiver contact lg tech support for more help.

• Try reboot. Disconnect all the power cables and restart it. Mine was the same problem. But with bluetooth and not exactly the same phone though.
