“The sound keeps cutting out on this. For like 5 seconds at a time. Any reason why it's doing this? It's connected to a Samsung TV via optical cable”

• We had the same problem with ours when initially set up. What I found is that the surround sound was on on both our tv and on our U-verse receiver. The two were interfering with each other causing the sound to drop out. I turned off the surround sound on the TV and the dropouts stopped. Hope this helps.

• I have the same problem, I found out if your on the internet it doesn't process the data fast enough. Basically anything you would use this for with internet is worthless
