• Touch the settings button, then 1, then 2 to turn the sound off. However, if you turn off the sound, you lose all sounds; button presses, timer beeps, etc.

• Hello there Michelle. Some microwaves allow you to change the beep settings through the CUSTOM SET button. Note: The CUSTOM SET is not available on all microwaves. ^Jai.
