No, it does not. Best Buy says it does but "microwave" isn't listed as one of the appliances in the LG Skill and it doesn't show as a device in alexa. I contacted LG and confirmed there are no Alexa commands for this microwave

I just installed this microwave (December 2023) and connected the microwave using LG ThinQ app. You have to connect your ThinQ account with Google or Alexa or both, depending on which services you want to use. With Alexa, the trick is to search for LG ThinQ (basic, complete, or whatever is available) in the skills, then add the skill, which will then start the account linking process before automatically adding the microwave. I've attached a photo from my phone notifications showing that my Microwave was connected to Alexa via the ThinQ skill.
