did you make sure to run the ice maker for about 3 times I think the booklet said, to get the water flowing thru it? if you are using one of the grey colored hoses, try using one of the newer plastic wrapped with that twisted stainless steel tubing. you may want to just run it a while. hope it has straightened out by now...…
