“Can this monitor be both a PC Monitor and a Cable TV? We currently have an Insignia 24" connected to both cable and a desktop PC. The remote lets us easily switch btw TV and VGA. Can this be both and if so. how do you switch btw the 2? Thanks”

Hi, this can be used as monitor and TV but this can be connected via WIFi. This has HDMI Inputs, HDMI Audio Return Channel (ARC), USB Port. You can connect a streaming device/stick. ^Vanessa
