Q: Questionwill a pedestal WDP3W be compatible with DLEX3700W

• A:Answer The compatible pedestal for this dryer is WDP4W. WDP4* replaced the WDP3* pedestal but they are both designed for compatibility with 27" LG Front Load Washers and Dryers. The only difference between them will be the mounting bracket installation. The WDP4* uses the t-clip installation method. ^Daphane

Q: QuestionWill this pedestal fit the Model # DLE3460V dryer? The depth of this model is 30" and the depth of the pedestal is 28", so this pedestal will be 2" inches smaller. How would that work? If at all?

• A:Answer I sugges it needs to be bigger not smaller, they come in two sizes. Mine are 2 inches bigger on dryer and perfect on washer.

• A:Answer Hi Andres. Check the specifications for your Watertite Washer Pan WMP1 to see if the LG - 27" Laundry Pedestal with Storage Drawer, Model # WDP4W will fit in the pan. There is not enough room under the pedestal for a washer pan to fit under so your pan will need to be the type that the entire pane can fit into. The W x D dimensions for the pedestal are 27" x 28 2/5"...^IFV

• A:Answer No, you cannot install the LG - 27" Laundry Pedestal with Storage Drawer, Model # WDP4W. Firstly, that would put the dryer impossibly out of reach. Secondly, that would be so unstable & a seriously potential hazard, and the pedestal cannot support the weight of a stacked washer and dryer...^IFV

Q: QuestionIs there a gap between back of drawer and the back of the actual pedestal (similiar to how cabinets are made with 3" gaps from drawers to cab back)? If so, how big is the gap? What material is pedestal made of? Can it be cut to fit over a pipe at back?

Q: Questionhow high can the legs extend and what sort of clearance will that give to floor? Is it possible to fit it over an overfloor drain pipe?

• A:Answer If the drain pipe is flush with the floor it shouldn’t be a problem but if it sticks up more than maybe 1/4 of an inch I don’t think it will work.
