Thank you for your inquiry. Pedestals such as the LG - Washer/Dryer Laundry Pedestal for Most LG Washers and Dryers - Model # WDp4* will not reduce the vibrations from a washer/dryer. If the floor that the washer/dryer is installed on cannot support the weight of the washer/dryer when it is fully loaded and if the floor has any flexing or bowing, you will get vibrations. Unbalanced loads will also cause excessive vibrations and shaking and you also will want to place a level measure to ensure that the unit is level even if it looks level from just observation...IFV
