I bought this refrigerator on 03SEP19 and it is 24NOV19 and I still do not have an undamaged refrigerator delivered to me in my home.....Don't do business with them at all. Best Buy will just steal your money and not get you what you paid for and not fix the issue at all. They hate Veterans and only try to rip them off and steal from the Disabled Veterans like myself!!!!

A:AnswerWith both hands, pull out each rail simultaneously until both rails are fully extended. Grasp the drawer on each side and hook the drawer supports into the rail tabs located on both sides. Lower the door into final position and tighten the screws located on both sides. Insert the the top pullout drawer into the
frame, and push the drawer back into place until you hear a click. Slightly tilt up the front of the middle
drawer, insert the drawer into the frame, and push it back into place. Insert the lower basket in the rail
