• Hi DougC. Not getting the full resolution on the 34'' Class 21:9 UltraWide® Full HD IPS Gaming Monitor (34” Diagonal), Model # 34UM69G-B is not an issue. It is more a matter of if the Graphics card supports the monitor's native resolution of 2560 x 1080 and refresh rate of 75Hz. Check the specifications for the Graphics card in the Surface Pro 3 to see if it supports the monitor's native resolution so you get the full resolution...^IFV
