Can this be connect to LG ThinQ null

I tried but was told by the app that this model wasn't set up for ThinQ. :(

It claims so but I haven’t had any luck connecting. Every time I hold down the extra rinse button for 3 seconds to enable WiFi pairing mode it just enables the washers control lock
