how long is the warranty on this washer null

SUPPOSED TO BE 3 YEARS BUT IT IS THE BIGGEST HASSLE TO GET THEM TO HONOR IT . I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH GETTING MY MACHINE REPAIRED..DOWN 3 WEEKS.
