The LG 4.1 Cu. Ft. High-Efficiency Top-Load Washer with TurboDrum™ Technology - White Model # WT6105CW, does not have a Sanitary cycle nor will it reach 140°F. To achieve temperatures of 140°F or higher for true sanitization, a washing machine requires an internal, built-in water heater to heat the water beyond the temperature coming out of your home's water lines. This model lacks an internal heating element. The "Hot" water setting relies entirely on the maximum temperature delivered directly from your home’s household water heater (which is typically set between 120°F and 124°F for safety). It does not feature steam technology, a Sanitary cycle, or an Allergiene™ cycle. Its standard 8 cycles are limited to Normal, Heavy Duty, Deep Wash, Bedding/Waterproof, Delicates, Speed Wash, Tub Clean, and Spin Only.
