The Owner's Manual implies that the drain hose and stacking kit are included accessories. Best Buy did not leave these for me when they installed my ventless dryer. How do I get these? null

I am a fellow customer but I believe that everything needed to install is extra.  I know when they installed my stacked unit, I had to buy the stacking kit and the hose separately.
