If you mean the drain hose on the back of the machine, your delivery/installation crew should have taken care of that. But I am guessing you mean the small filter drain at the front of the machine. Draning this is an infrequent periodic operation following the instructions in the manual. This can be drained into any small convenient container. After draining and cleaning the filter, this drain must be replugged before operating the washer.
