QuestionHow noisy are the washers and dryers during the various cycles. our laundry room is next to our den, and the existing old Maytag machines so loud as to drown out the tv. And does the front loading washer have good odor control. Thanks.

- Answer The washer and matching dryer offer LoDecibel™ Quiet Operation. The washer has a Tub Clean cycle. Cleaning of the drum on a regular monthly basis using Tub Clean can help keep the drum clean and fresh. ^Daphane

QuestionWhat is the smallest size pan you can use with this washer. And in relation, are the leg in from the machine or equal. I have the decisions of the entire machine as 27 wide by 30 3/10 deep. thanks in advance for your help

- Answer By pan size are you referring to the drip pan? LG does not recommend the use of a drip pan. If a drip pan must be used, take extra care to follow the instructions provided with the drip pan and make sure the leveling feet are adjusted for firm and even contact with the pan. Use of drip pans and failure to properly level the machine may result in increased vibration and noise during operation. There are four leveling feet, one on each corner of the unit. ^Daphane

- Answer Hi Billy. The "Fresh Hold" setting is a proprietary technology used by another manufacturer and is not featured on the ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 4.5 cu.ft. Smart wi-fi Enabled Front Load Washer with TurboWash™ 360 Technology, Model # WM3900HWA or on any LG washing machines. This unit features a "Fresh Care" option that can be used when you won't be able to unload your clothes immediately after the wash cycle ends. After the cycle ends, the drum will tumble periodically for up to 19 hours to prevent wrinkles...^IFV

QuestionSometimes I like to wash towels with since hot water and diluted bleach. Never had an issue with a top loader. Will this bleach stain?

- Answer Towels can be washed with bleach if desired. The bleach will be used in the wash cycle and will be rinsed out in the rinse cycle. ^CP
